Four addictions you must stop fast!

1 Smartphone Addiction: it's amazing how our phones are now smarter than us. This addiction has made verbal communication almost impossible, as people now fall in love with their phones and use people instead of fall in love with people and use their phones. Nearly all smartphone users especially youths are addicted to their gadgets and this can have harmful effect such as sleep disturbance, depression and relationship problems, obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety.

2. Alcoholism: This is the addiction to the consumption of alcoholic drinks. This is also known as Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD). The urge to keep drinking is the first sign of addiction. Some of the warning signs of an addiction include drinking to deal with anger, drinking alone, being defensive about your drinking habit, drinking just to get drunk. The effects of alcoholism include memory loss, depression, personal break down, blackouts, hallucinations, decreased sex drive, mood swings,and sometimes DEATH! That should scare you.

3. Masturbation: This is one of the most difficult habits to break, considering the amount of pleasure derived from it. It is that difficult that people involved now see it as ''normal''. The dangers of an addiction cannot be over emphasized.  Gather your self-discipline, and take control of your urges before they destroy your life.

4. Smoking: This is no need to write much about this as almost everyone knows that smoking is bad and very difficult to stop. Some of the harmful effects are cancers, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and heart disease.Cigarette smoking is the greatest single cause of illness and premature death in the world. Anyways, the Federal Ministry of Health warns that smokers are liable to die young. See what you are taking into your system;
